EMT operates Pier 6 in the port of Trieste with a 25 years concession (2010-2034).

EMT has been established by the Parisi Group in the year 2010 as a spin off of its terminal operation division.

As of 2017 Yalova Ro-Ro Terminal A.S. become the majority shareholder.
